Role Overview The Executive Vice President (EVP) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to drive firm-wide strategy, operational scaling, and revenue growth. This role requires a hybrid profile of strategic leadership, institutional credibility, and deep familiarity with digital asset markets.
The EVP will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, enhancing client-facing strategy delivery, and positioning DeltaCore as a leading provider of crypto derivatives strategies globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute company-wide strategic initiatives and growth plans
- Drive expansion across North America and international markets, including partnerships and client acquisition strategies
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and institutional-grade execution standards
- Collaborate with research, trading, and analytics teams to refine and enhance strategy offerings
- Lead client engagement at the executive level, particularly with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Establish and optimize internal processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
- Identify new revenue streams, product opportunities, and market positioning strategies within the crypto derivatives space
- Support capital formation efforts and strategic investor relationships where applicable
- Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices
