Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the firm’s global operations. This role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for translating strategic vision into operational performance, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring institutional-grade processes across all business functions.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial services, digital assets, or derivatives markets, combined with a strong track record of building and managing high-performance teams in fast-growing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable operational frameworks to support rapid business growth and global expansion.
- Strategic Execution:
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to execute company strategy, set KPIs, and drive measurable outcomes across all departments.
- Infrastructure & Systems:
- Build and optimize internal systems, workflows, and reporting structures to ensure efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight:
- Collaborate with legal and compliance functions to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly within digital asset and derivatives markets.
- Performance Management:
- Establish operational metrics, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across trading support, research operations, and client delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Align trading, research, technology, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategy services.
- Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Oversee relationships with external service providers, technology partners, and infrastructure vendors.
