We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams while providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members professionally
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and appointment coordination
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate departments or team members
  • Maintain records, documents, and administrative files accurately
  • Assist with data entry, correspondence, and general office support tasks
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and support communication workflows
  • Support travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and logistics when needed
  • Help maintain organized administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide additional administrative support to teams and leadership as assigned

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in receptionist, administrative support, customer service, or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong time-management and scheduling skills
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting remote teams or virtual office operations
  • Familiarity with scheduling or communication management tools
  • Experience handling confidential information professionally
  • Administrative certification or office support training
  • Multitasking experience in fast-paced work environments
