About SiteLabs SiteLabs is an early-stage company transforming independent pharmacies into trusted community access points for wellness screenings, clinical trials, and patient navigation. We partner with health systems, pharma sponsors, and health plans to improve access and outcomes. We are seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to drive the operational success of pharmacy onboarding, activation, and performance across SiteLabs' national pharmacy network. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, ensuring seamless program execution across our wellness screening and clinical trial recruitment initiatives. Role Overview We are looking for a pharmacy-trained professional (Pharmacist or Certified Pharmacy Technician) to lead the onboarding, activation, and ongoing success of pharmacies participating in clinical trial recruitment and screening programs. This role is highly operational and field-based. You will be responsible for standing up pharmacy sites to execute program workflows, ensuring compliance, training staff, and driving consistent patient recruitment and screening performance over time. Core Responsibilities Clinical Trial Program Onboarding (On-Site)
Travel nationwide to support the launch of clinical trial recruitment and wellness screening programs at pharmacy locations, with a primary focus on growing SiteLabs' presence across South Carolina
Lead in-person onboarding and training of pharmacy teams on protocols, workflows, and patient identification processes
Ensure pharmacies are fully operational and compliant with program requirements at go-live
Support setup of workflows including patient screening, documentation, and referral processes
Be prepared for frequent travel with short notice (as little as 1 week)
Program Execution & Pharmacy Success
Own the ongoing performance of assigned pharmacy sites post-launch
Conduct regular virtual check-ins (Zoom) to monitor recruitment activity, screening quality, and operational adherence
Ensure pharmacies are consistently executing workflows correctly and efficiently
Troubleshoot workflow gaps and retrain staff as needed
Performance Management & Optimization
Track and improve patient recruitment and screening metrics across pharmacy sites
Identify barriers to enrollment and implement solutions to improve outcomes
Partner with pharmacies to drive consistent patient flow into clinical trials
Provide feedback to internal teams on program performance and operational improvements
Ongoing Engagement & Field Support
Conduct routine on-site visits to reinforce training and optimize performance
Deliver refresher training on protocols, compliance, and best practices
Ensure long-term engagement and retention of pharmacy partners
Requirements
Required: Experience as a Pharmacist or Certified Pharmacy Technician
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and patient workflow
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the U.S., including short-notice travel
Strong communication and training skills (in-person and virtual)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple sites, clinical trials, and programs simultaneously
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
