**Role And Responsibilities**

- Take full ownership of the procurement process from demand planning through purchase order execution and post-delivery follow-through.

- Analyze material requirements to support production requirements, inventory levels, and forecasts to ensure timely procurement of materials and manufacturing supplies.

- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor and expedite open orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials required for production.

- Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve material shortages.

- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations on pricing, lead times, delivery commitments, and service levels.

- Track supplier performance and proactively resolve delivery, quality, and supply chain issues, escalating critical concerns to management as needed to minimize operational risk and ensure continuity of supply.

- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, returns, and non-conforming materials.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, ERP/MRP system data, and inventory parameters. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.

- Support new product introductions (NPI) by sourcing components and coordinating supplier readiness.

- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or related field, OR 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Operations in a manufacturing or a related industry.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

- Production scheduling experience required.
