Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Grants Manager based in Claremont, CA. The Grants Manager will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, managing the grant application process, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The role involves drafting and submitting grant proposals, overseeing grant budgets, and fostering relationships with donors and funding organizations. The Grants Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure funding aligns with the organization’s goals and programs. Qualifications
Strong expertise in Grant Administration and Proposal Writing.
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data and financial information effectively.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and building relationships.
Experience in Program Management to ensure alignment of funding with organizational goals and impact-driven initiatives.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and experience working in a philanthropic or fundraising role is a plus.
