Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives designed to expand customer outreach, strengthen client relationships, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys both creative marketing work and hands-on campaign execution. This is an in-person position and requires regular onsite attendance.

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives designed to expand customer outreach, strengthen client relationships, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys both creative marketing work and hands-on campaign execution. This is an in-person position and requires regular onsite attendance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating CRM campaigns for outreach to potential new customers
- Delivering new customer welcome boxes
- Creating, organizing, and updating flyer mailing lists
- Printing labels and preparing materials for flyer distribution campaigns
- Overseeing part-time team members who assist with kitting flyers and other marketing campaign materials
- Using creativity and innovation to improve customer outreach and marketing effectiveness
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Delivering holiday and Christmas gifts to customers
- Supporting company events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities
- Assisting with evening and weekend events as needed
- Maintaining marketing materials, supplies, and campaign organization
- Supporting additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous marketing, customer service, administrative, or outreach experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new marketing ideas
- Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with basic computer systems, email, and CRM platforms
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite daily
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials, welcome boxes, and event supplies as needed
- Willingness to travel locally for customer deliveries and events
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for company events and promotions
