The Project Manager ensures consumer privacy related projects are delivered in alignment with approved objectives, governance standards, and quality expectations while supporting data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. What Will the Person Be Working OnProject Planning & Execution
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestone timelines aligned with approved scope and objectives.
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to support timely and efficient execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision forums with clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
Scope, Schedule & Risk Management
Monitor project scope, schedule, and risks by tracking progress against approved plans and identifying variances.
Document, manage, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests per governance protocols.
Financial & Resource Management
Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations aligned with approved plans.
Support financial reporting, cost monitoring, and resource planning in coordination with leadership and finance teams.
Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance
Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and governance requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation aligned with audit and compliance standards.
Operational Transition & Continuous Improvement
Support transition of initiatives into operations through knowledge transfer and documentation.
Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and processes.
