Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT product development, or project delivery
- 3+ years leading cross-functional technology initiatives
- Experience with software/system integration and post-deployment support
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
