Job Overview:
- Govt. Client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the Office of Information Technology (OITS) with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities.
- Candidates available immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
- Create user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation
- Assist with QA testing, UAT, and test case creation
- Analyze and improve existing business processes
- Coordinate meetings, project activities, and production implementations
- Support organizational change management activities
- Troubleshoot application and system-related issues
- Maintain system documentation and procedures manuals
Required Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience with business process workflows
- Ability to create test plans and test cases
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and UAT
