SERRE NEW YORK is a New York-based design studio creating permanent floral installations as part of the architectural space. We work at the intersection of florals, interiors, and spatial design to create sculptural, design-forward environments for hospitality, commercial, retail, and private clients. Founded by a solo entrepreneur with a strong creative vision, SERRE NEW YORK is seeking a Founding Growth & Partnerships Partner to help build and scale the business from the ground floor. This is not a traditional employee role. This is a long-term partnership opportunity for someone excited by ownership, creative business building, and helping shape the future of an emerging design studio. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and strategically minded who can help turn vision into a scalable business. WHAT YOU’LL HELP BUILD
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and B2B relationships
Support business development across hospitality, commercial, retail, and design industries
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, fabricators, and collaborators
Help shape sales strategy, outreach, lead nurturing, and long-term client engagement
Assist in developing systems and operational processes as the company grows
Support project coordination and day-to-day business operations
Act as a strategic thought partner to the founder across growth, positioning, and company development'
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, client services, operations, interior design, hospitality, creative production, or related fields
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Interested in helping build a brand and business long term
Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Experience with B2B sales, hospitality, luxury brands, interiors, architecture, or creative industries is a strong plus

The selected partner will receive meaningful ownership in SERRE NEW YORK and play a foundational role in shaping the company’s growth and future direction.
