• Owning full P&L responsibility for the Americas region
• Defining and executing a clear regional strategy aligned with global objectives
• Leading and developing a high-performing executive team across operations, commercial, and manufacturing
• Driving operational excellence across multiple sites, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery
• Leading transformation initiatives, including footprint optimisation and performance improvement
• Acting as the bridge between the Americas region and global leadership
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (President, EVP, or equivalent) within a Tier 1 automotive supplier
• Strong track record of managing large-scale, multi-site manufacturing operations
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable results
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing diverse, international teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing significant P&L responsibility
Industry experience within automotive Tier 1 suppliers is essential, ideally within complex, high-volume manufacturing environments.
You’ll need to be comfortable travelling and working closely with both customers and internal leadership teams to drive performance and growth.
