Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and independence
- Provide rehabilitative care and hands-on therapy to reduce pain and restore function following injury, illness, or surgery
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, recovery goals, and ongoing care strategies
- Collaborate with and supervise designated care team members to support high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Physical Therapy state license
