We are seeking a strong operational leader to support continued growth, strengthen internal systems, and help position the organization for its next phase of expansion. Job Summary STCC is seeking a Director of Operations & Business Development to oversee daily operations, strengthen internal systems, and support strategic growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing administrative functions, and contributing to the organization’s continued expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with experience in building systems, managing teams, and driving performance. Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
Ensure alignment between administrative processes and organizational goals
Maintain efficient workflows across all operational areas
Systems & Process Improvement
Develop and optimize systems for client intake, scheduling, and service delivery
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Financial & Performance Oversight
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Support budgeting and financial planning efforts
Identify opportunities to improve utilization and overall performance
Team Leadership
Supervise administrative staff and support team development
Establish performance expectations and accountability measures
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training as needed
Business Development
Support growth initiatives across services and partnerships
Strengthen referral relationships and organizational connections
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase market presence
Qualifications Required:
3–7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or practice administration
Experience managing teams and improving operational systems
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Financial awareness, including understanding of performance metrics and business operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based organizations
Familiarity with insurance billing, compliance, or regulated environments
Experience supporting business growth or expansion initiatives
