Title: Biological Researcher II
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay rate: $38/hr - $45/hr
Duration: 6+ Months

Looking for hands on laboratory experience, formulation preparation, supporting basic analytical instruments, and stability support.
We are hiring a Biologics Laboratory Research Associate for a leading pharmaceutical/biologics environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on laboratory experience in biologics formulation development, analytical characterization, and pharmaceutical R&D support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare formulation buffers and protein drug product samples
Execute formulation screening studies
Perform analytical and characterization testing for liquid and lyophilized biologic drug products
Support stability studies, sample tracking, and analytical coordination
Maintain laboratory documentation and data management within ELN systems
Assist with technical reports and general laboratory support activities
Follow laboratory safety and documentation procedures in compliance with EHS standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in biologics, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields
Hands-on experience in biologics formulation development or analytical characterization
Experience with chromatographic, electrophoretic, and biophysical analytical techniques
Experience with common laboratory techniques and instruments used in biologics/pharmaceutical development
Strong documentation, data analysis, and laboratory organization skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
