Seattle Angels Case Manager ABOUT SEATTLE ANGELS Seattle Angels is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families experiencing foster care. Through our Love Box and Dare to Dream programs, volunteers provide consistent care, mentorship, and practical support to foster families and youth. POSITION OVERVIEW The Case Manager supports and manages volunteer matches within Seattle Angels programs. This role builds relationships with volunteers, caregivers, youth, and community partners to ensure families receive consistent, trauma-informed care. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting the foster care community. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Match volunteers with foster families and youth
Maintain ongoing communication and support with volunteers and families
Provide coaching and guidance using a trauma-informed approach
Lead volunteer trainings and support meetings
Document case notes and maintain accurate records in Apricot 360
Coordinate with partner agencies, social workers, and community resources
Represent Seattle Angels at outreach and community events
Provide administrative and program coordination support
Plan and execute quarterly program events and community-building opportunities for foster families, youth, and volunteers

WORK CONTEXT This is a hybrid, community-based role involving remote work, weekly office meetings, home visits, training, and outreach events throughout the greater Seattle area. Flexibility in scheduling is required. REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience, or
Bachelor's Degree and 1 + year of related experience, or
Master’s Degree and 6+ months of related experience.
A background in social services or related fields is preferred but not required.

Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma
