We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on professional to serve as the bridge between Investment Banking business teams and technology stakeholders. This role will lead initiatives across AI, CRM, data strategy, and banker enablement tools while driving adoption, execution, and operational improvements across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working between business and technology teams in financial services, investment banking, or a highly regulated environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI tools, CRM systems, and data-focused initiatives
• Ability to gather requirements and create detailed functional documentation
• Strong execution mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and drive initiatives forward
• Experience supporting user adoption, training, and change management efforts
• Exposure to vendor management and technology evaluation processes is highly preferred
Preferred Experience:
• CRM platforms such as DealCloud, Prism, Salesforce, or similar banker-facing systems
• Exposure to AI tools and enterprise AI initiatives
• Data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy experience
• Project coordination and cross-functional initiative leadership
