What you will be Doing: We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and enhance our IT operations. SonicWall NSA 2800 (VPN and perimeter security)

Hyper-V cluster (7 servers)
HP SAN (Alleta MP) for storage
Datto backup solutions
SentinelOne endpoint protection and Blackpoint MDR
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain network infrastructure and systems, including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches
Install and configure network equipment; troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues
Communicate networking issues to management and key stakeholders
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune device management
Oversee Hyper-V server environment, virtualization, and storage systems
Monitor system performance, security, and backups (Datto)
Collaborate with security vendors (SentinelOne, Blackpoint) to maintain strong cybersecurity posture
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues organization-wide
Implement and document IT best practices, policies, and procedures
Provide responsive, professional support to end users
Lead network infrastructure projects from planning and procurement to implementation and documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors and external consultants; manage vendor relationships and conduct regular business reviews
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in network and/or system administration
Strong background with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows environments
Familiarity with macOS support in business settings
Experience with firewall management (SonicWall preferred)
Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and SAN storage systems
Understanding of cybersecurity tools and best practices
Experience with backup and recovery platforms (Datto or similar)
Proven troubleshooting abilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Self-driven and adaptable
Preferred/Bonus Experience
Experience with UniFi networking equipment
Exposure to MDR/XDR security environments
Interest in emerging technologies
