**Role Description**

SATION KONCHELLAH is seeking a full-time, remote Vice President of Business Development. The role involves leading efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and provide leadership in achieving organizational growth objectives while fostering strong external relationships.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify growth opportunities and design effective strategies.

- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales to secure beneficial agreements and achieve revenue targets.

- Proficiency in Account Management to cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team in a remote environment.

- Experience in the healthcare industry or medical practice management is advantageous.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA is preferred.
