Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support load balancing technologies
- Support and troubleshoot hybrid load balancing infrastructure (on-prem and multi-CSP environments)
- Manage and support cloud-based load balancing services including ALBs and GSLBs
- Collaborate with teams to ensure stability and performance of load balancing environments
- Provide support during off-hours, including nights or weekends as needed
Required Technical Skills
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting load balancing technologies, preferably F5 and/or Broadcom AVI
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting hybrid load balancing infrastructure (on-prem and multi-CSP)
- Experience with cloud-based load balancing services such as ALBs and GSLBs
- AWS and/or Azure cloud network engineering experience
