Manage the full lifecycle of US international student campus recruitment, including strategy development and target university selection;
Maintain partnerships with top 50 US universities (liaise with career centers, international student organizations) and execute campus recruitment activities such as info sessions;
Conduct resume screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and analyze recruitment data for process optimization;
Collaborate with business departments and domestic HR teams to clarify talent needs and coordinate cross-regional matters.
Requirements:1.proficiency in Chinese. 2.Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for candidates with US local graduation. 3.1-3 years of experience in US campus recruitment/international student recruitment, familiar with channels like Handshake; 4. 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment at top US universities, led at least 2 campus recruitment projects, and able to provide university partnership cases;
