This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to improve processes, enhance system functionality, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Improvement
Review and document current business processes and workflows
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
Analyze policy changes and suggest system updates
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate meetings with business, technical, and external teams
Act as a point of contact for application-related issues
Communicate updates, resolutions, and status effectively
Operational & Technical Coordination
Manage and prioritize support requests and enhancement tickets
Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Leadership & Team Coordination
Lead and mentor business analysts
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions
Ensure alignment across teams and project goals
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain detailed documentation on SharePoint
Ensure all process updates are properly recorded
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business process engineering
2+ years of experience with grant management systems or government programs
Strong understanding of SDLC
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and MS Office
Additional Experience Required
Experience with complex web applications (5+ years)
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (5+ years)
Experience working across multiple teams (5+ years)
Experience leading meetings and presentations (5+ years)
Experience as a liaison between business and technical teams (3+ years)
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role (2 days onsite – Tuesday & Wednesday preferred)
