Responsibilities
- Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support our customer’s unique mission needs
- Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support SAIC’s project/program portfolio
- Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of SAIC business efforts
- Write and deploy code to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions for real-world technical challenges.
- Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions in these technical fields
Potential Internship focus areas
- Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation) Python Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other automation technologies to help drive better decisions, automate processes, and eliminate manual activities
- Cloud, DevOps & Security Architecture, Engineering, and Automation professionals focused on developing cloud policy as code, compliance as code, infrastructure as code, and continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) product pipelines
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or AI/ML with one year or more of college coursework completed
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
- Strong technical background and understanding of software engineering, cyber security, AI/ML, or engineering concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a passion for a career in technology
- U.S. Citizen
