What You Will Be Doing You will be reviewing maintenance invoices for contract and labor rate compliance and providing administrative support to Division Construction and Maintenance department staff. This is a high-volume, interesting, and exciting position. No two days are alike. Fun work share culture promoted. This is a hybrid position currently in office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. (Office Days are subject to change based on Corporate Determination) The position will be based in Phoenix AZ. Main Responsibilities
Maintains complex records.
Responds to inquiries in areas of responsibility.
Answers department phones & emails concerning Equipment, Repairs, Work Orders, and Invoices.
Reviews work orders for contract compliance and pricing rates and approves invoices for payment.
Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports.
Update information and reports typically on the computer.
Checks information for accuracy.
Prepares and balances data.
Perform additional duties as directed by manager.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Prefer 3-5 years of business experience.
Educational requirements, some college a plus
