Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Watertown, TN. The Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass components, including recalibrating advanced safety systems. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, maintaining safety protocols, providing outstanding customer service, and striving to exceed expectations. Technicians will also ensure accurate documentation of services rendered and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

Qualifications
- Experience with hands-on repair, installation, or mechanical work
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use new tools and technologies for advanced safety system recalibrations
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to work on vehicles, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
