Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales
Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans effectively
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly in India, is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
