What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Marketing Assistant, you will serve as the face of our active campaigns, executing face-to-face promotions and marketing initiatives in high-energy, on-site settings across Houston. You will build immediate rapport with a diverse local demographic, helping them understand consumer behavior and generating excitement around our clients' brands. On a daily basis, you will present product portfolios and key promotional messages clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically to potential customers. You will also act as our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering real-time consumer insights and feedback to help optimize upcoming marketing strategies. Finally, you will participate in morning strategy briefings and coordinate with campaign managers to align daily field operations with broader client goals.

We are looking for a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred) or a young professional looking for a career pivot into marketing, public relations, and business development. You must be an exceptional communicator who loves networking, public speaking, and face-to-face interaction.
