This full-time, on-site position is specifically structured for highly analytical recent graduates and young professionals who possess a strong psychological acumen, exceptional presentation skills, and the foundational desire to build a career centering on corporate organizational development, peer mentorship, and frontline business operations.
Strategic Objectives and Impact Areas
  • Frontline Competency Mastery: To teach sales and marketing execution, you must first master it; your initial phase focuses on conducting face-to-face portfolio presentations and customer acquisitions to understand the core client model.
  • Peer Mentorship and Coaching: You will take on the responsibility of onboarding new associates, utilizing cognitive behavioral coaching techniques to guide them through client guidelines and communication scripts.
  • Public Speaking and Facilitation: Leading daily corporate workshops and educational modules focused on consumer behavior trends, campaign compliance, and field performance metrics.
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborating directly with regional managers to assess training gaps, analyze data from live promotional campaigns, and implement corrective operational strategies.

Selection Criteria
  • Educational Background: Recent college graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Superior verbal and written communication skills characterized by the ability to explain complex business structures clearly, command a room, and cultivate high psychological safety within a team.
  • Professional Disposition: A self-motivated, emotionally intelligent individual who thrives in a collaborative learning environment and values constructive criticism as a tool for rapid professional development.
