Round One Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a driven and adaptable professional to join our Licensing Division at the corporate headquarters This role is pivotal in supporting the development and operations of business locations across the country. Depending on experience, the role may range from hands-on execution of licensing tasks to project oversight, process leadership, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities will be assigned according to the candidate’s qualifications and level.)
Research new business locations to identify licensing, permitting, and operational requirements.
Develop and manage project timelines to meet construction and opening deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts during new site development.
Prepare and submit license and permit applications; manage renewals, inspections, and hearings.
Communicate with government agencies, regulatory officials, attorneys, and consultants.
Provide clear, practical guidance to store teams and operations staff on licensing and compliance.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive documentation responsibly.
Track and ensure timely payments of licensing-related fees and invoices.
Keep relevant teams updated on licensing status and key developments.
Take on additional duties as needed, based on evolving business priorities and demonstrated abilities.

Must be able to commute to the Brea, CA office
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, hearings, inspections, etc.
