Rosemont Design is a growing architecture firm seeking a Project Coordinator who can contribute quickly to active projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong production and coordination skills who is comfortable working in Revit, developing drawing sets, and moving work forward independently. We work on residential, multifamily, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and small commercial projects. We are looking for someone practical, reliable, technically solid, and comfortable in a small-firm environment where clear communication and follow-through matter. What You'll Do
Support active projects from design development through construction documents
Produce and coordinate Revit-based drawing sets
Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and sheet organization
Incorporate markups accurately and ask questions when direction is unclear
Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and project leads
Help keep projects moving by tracking tasks, resolving drawing issues, and maintaining documentation quality
Assist with code review, permitting, consultant coordination, and other project support as needed
What We're Looking For
3-7+ years of architecture experience
Strong Revit proficiency
Experience producing DD and CD drawing sets
Background in residential, multifamily, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, or small commercial work
Ability to step into active projects and contribute with a short ramp-up
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Good judgment, reliability, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a small firm and wearing multiple hats
Helpful But Not Required
Massachusetts or New England project experience
Wood-frame construction experience
Familiarity with zoning, permitting, or building codes
Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
