**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site Health Coach role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Health Coach will work closely with clients to develop personalized wellness plans, provide nutrition and weight management guidance, and offer targeted coaching to achieve health and wellness goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting wellness assessments, facilitating one-on-one coaching sessions, educating clients on healthy lifestyle choices, and empowering individuals to make sustainable health changes that enhance their overall quality of life.

**Qualifications **

- Expertise in Nutrition and Weight Management to develop tailored health strategies for clients.

- Proficiency in Wellness Coaching and Health & Wellness practices to provide effective support and motivation.

- Strong skills in Coaching to inspire clients in achieving sustainable health and personal growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and motivational approach.

- Experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellness-related fields is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nutrition, or a related field is preferred.

- Certification in health coaching or related training program is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

- Passion for promoting health and empowering individuals in achieving their wellness goals.
