This is a commission-only role designed for professionals who are serious about building a long-term career in commercial real estate while taking advantage of the tools and support provided. Minimum Requirements
Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
2+ years of commercial real estate, sales, or proven business development experience
Proven ability to generate business and close transactions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of organization and follow-through
Comfortable networking, cold calling, and knocking on doors
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business through calls, email, networking, and canvassing
Build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
Conduct property tours and client needs assessments
Prepare and present market data, proposals, and analysis
Draft and negotiate offers, leases, and contracts
Coordinate transactions from initial contact through closing
Maintain accurate records in company systems
Participate in local business and community engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase your listings
