Role Description
We’re looking for a Listing Agent to join our team in Richfield, OH.
This isn’t just about putting homes on the market, you’ll be hands-on in getting properties ready, marketed, and in front of the right buyers. From coordinating listing prep (ShowMojo access, photos, and final touches) to launching listings across MLS and other platforms, you’ll play a key role in bringing each property to life.
You’ll conduct showings as needed, stay in close communication with property owners, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks with consistent follow-up. On the front end, you’ll also handle pricing strategy, listing presentations, and guide clients through the selling process from start to finish, including negotiations.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely cares about delivering a great client experience. You’ll work closely with our team while helping drive results and keep deals moving.
Qualifications
  • Active real estate license in the state of Ohio is required
  • Real estate expertise including knowledge of local markets, property valuations, and negotiation skills
  • Marketing and sales skills, including creating effective listing presentations and driving property exposure
  • Customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on listening, communication, and trust-building
  • Proficiency in using technology for real estate, including MLS systems and marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple properties and transactions
  • Reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings
  • Experience with property renovations or property management is a plus
