Pierson Wealth Management is seeking an experienced G2 Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Santa Clarita, CA . This is a high-impact, in-office advisory role for a credentialed financial planning professional ready to own client relationships, lead a service team, and help shape the next chapter of a high-performing independent wealth management firm. Reporting to the Director of Business Integration & Strategy, the G2 Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for a defined client tier, leads advanced financial planning and case design, and provides direct day-to-day oversight of two Client Service Associates (CSAs). This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful leadership responsibility and a clear path for growth as the firm scales. Location: Santa Clarita, CA | Schedule: Full-time, In-Office | Reports To: Director of Business Integration & Strategy Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary advisor for C and D-tier clients and select B-tier relationships
Lead client review meetings, build planning deliverables, and manage the full service cycle
Collaborate with senior advisors on A-tier and complex planning situations
Maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with PWM’s service standards
Support migration to digital client touchpoints (digital reviews, portal adoption) as part of the firm’s evolving service model
Financial Planning & Case Design
Lead comprehensive financial plans covering investment strategy, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning
Own case design and illustrations for insurance and advanced planning scenarios
Research and apply current planning strategies relevant to high-net-worth clients
Remain current on tax law changes, regulatory updates, and industry best practices
Team Leadership & CSA Oversight
Provide daily direction, oversight, and performance feedback to two Client Service Associates
Review and approve meeting preparation materials; CSAs draft, G2 Advisor signs off before client delivery
Set clear expectations, hold accountability, and create a structured, high-performing team environment
Maintain consistent in-office presence to provide direct, reliable leadership
Operations & Firm Initiatives
Oversee client onboarding, asset transfer processes, and service requests
Partner with the Director of Business Integration & Strategy on workflow improvements and firm projects
Contribute to the firm’s operational development and adoption of RFG platform tools

CFP® designation (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™)
7–10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Series 65 or Series 66 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
In-office availability, full-time, Santa Clarita, CA
Experience managing or providing direction to support staff or junior team members
Demonstrated track record of owning HNW client relationships independently
Life & Health insurance license
Experience with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or comparable financial planning software
Preferred
Familiarity with Orion
Experience with annuity and insurance case design for HNW clients
Background in fee-based or fee-only independent advisory environment
