Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in United States for a Director of Business Development. The Director will identify and pursue new business opportunities, oversee business planning, and implement strategies for growth. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, conducting contract negotiations, and fostering long-term client relationships. The Director will work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor innovative solutions and drive transformative outcomes for the organization and its clients. Qualifications
Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and drive strategic growth
Experience in Lead Generation and building strong pipelines for potential clients and partnerships
Expertise in Contract Negotiation and structuring agreements to support mutual success
Strong Account Management skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI, cloud, or digital transformation, is highly desirable
