**Role Overview **

The focus of this role is supply and market execution.

You will be responsible for building and managing property inventory by leveraging your network of agents, brokers, developers, and property owners, while driving transactions and establishing a strong market presence.

The platform, infrastructure, and systems are already built and ready to scale.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Build and manage property inventory across your market

- Activate and scale supply through your existing network

- Establish and maintain strong partnerships and referral channels

- Drive transactions and early revenue

- Represent and grow the business locally

**Requirements **

- US citizen or permanent resident

- Strong real estate experience (agent, broker, or operator)

- Established network within the local property market

- Proven ability to generate listings and close deals

- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment

- Ability to build and scale from the ground up

- Access to active listings or brokerage network
