Lead and scale a multi-state operation generating $350M+ in annual revenue across Washington, Idaho, California, Oregon, and future expansion markets
Drive operational execution, profitability, workforce performance, customer experience, and scalable infrastructure across the business
Partner closely with executive leadership to help shape the future growth and operational strategy of the organization

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably within home improvement, construction, field services, or related industries
4+ years of senior leadership experience leading large, multi-location teams and operations
Proven success scaling operations in high-growth, regional, or multi-state environments
Strong financial and operational business acumen with experience driving profitability, process improvement, and operational transformation
Experience leading organizational growth, workforce planning, and operational infrastructure development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive leadership skills
DOT, OSHA, EPA, and multi-state operational experience required
Acquisition integration, Lean / Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required

Total Compensation Package
Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 35% of base salary

HIRING PROCESS Our hiring process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and respectful of executive candidates’ time.
