Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef & B role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role oversees all culinary and food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets. This position combines culinary innovation with strategic business management, leading both kitchen and front-of-house teams to consistently deliver high-quality service, products, and innovative offerings. Qualifications
Expertise in culinary arts, food preparation techniques, and menu planning
Leadership skills to oversee kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure compliance
Experience in managing kitchen inventory, supplies, and cost control
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Adaptability to a dynamic restaurant setting with attention to detail
Prior experience in French, Asian, or New Orleans-style cuisine is an advantage
Culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not required
