2. About the Opportunity:
The Wellness Program Enrollment Specialist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for engaging with qualified members via high-volume inbound and outbound calls. The position aims to connect members with appropriate health and wellness programs, providing clear information and exceptional customer service. This role supports the organization’s mission by enhancing member engagement and facilitating access to health resources, contributing to improved health outcomes.
3. Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to members to provide program information and answer questions
• Deliver excellent customer service to enrollees
• Meet productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and attendance standards
• Identify and enroll members in suitable health and wellness programs
• Engage members who qualify for or express interest in programs
• Document all member interactions accurately
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure high-quality service
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for information
• Work flexible hours including rotating day and evening shifts
4. Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• At least 6 months of office or administrative experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST with rotating shifts and occasional overtime
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a secure, private telecommuting workspace with approved high-speed internet connection via hard wire
Preferred:• Sales experience
• Background in healthcare or insurance benefits
• Experience in hospitals, physician offices, or medical clinics
• Clerical or administrative support experience in a call center setting
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly pay ranges from $20.38 to $36.44 based on experience and employment status
• Compensation includes benefits such as incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility
