2. About the Opportunity:The Technical Support Specialist role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support and serving as a product expert. This position is critical in helping customers effectively use the recruiting platform, ensuring their issues are resolved and feedback is communicated to relevant teams. The role contributes to improving customer satisfaction and supports the organization’s mission to transform hiring practices.
3. Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via email and online chat.
• Answer questions, provide assistance, troubleshoot issues, and route product feedback appropriately.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with the product suite, escalating when necessary.
• Expand product and technical knowledge through training and experience.
• Recommend product and process improvements.
• Undertake additional projects as needed.
4. Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience with email and live chat; phone and video experience is a plus.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Background in SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Persistence in resolving customer requests.
• Passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• National pay range for this role is $55,800 to $76,398, based on experience and qualifications.
• Eligible roles may receive stock options, bonuses, merit increases, and sales commissions as applicable.
