2. About the Opportunity:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing administrative and coordination tasks that ensure an efficient and professional recruiting process. This position acts as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, helping to maintain progress and communication through all stages of hiring. The role is essential for maintaining high-volume hiring operations and contributes to a positive candidate and manager experience.
3. Responsibilities:• Coordinate and schedule remote and in-person interviews across departments and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications via email, text, and phone, including confirmations and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing and distributing offer letters, background checks, and reference checks
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely completion of interviews, feedback, and next steps
• Track interview pipelines to ensure efficient candidate progression
• Support metrics tracking and Talent Acquisition reporting for performance and compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for scheduling logistics with hiring managers
• Identify and contribute to process improvements enhancing efficiency and candidate experience
4. Requirements:• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills that build trust and clarity
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, shared calendars, and ATS systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Dependability and ownership in follow-through and task completion
• Professional and service-oriented approach to candidate and hiring manager interactions
• Collaborative mindset focused on continuous process improvement
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually commensurate with experience
