It addresses the challenge of connecting offline consumer actions with measurable marketing outcomes, enabling marketers to optimize campaigns that drive in-store visits, sales, and other tangible business results. The platform combines media, measurement, and insights to provide actionable data for improving marketing effectiveness.
2. About the Opportunity:The Staff Accountant supports the Accounting and Finance team by managing month-end close processes, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate, timely accounting operations and contributes to the organization’s financial integrity. It plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness and improving operational efficiency by adopting automation and continuous improvement practices.
3. Responsibilities:• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries for various accounts including compensation, vendor accruals, and fixed assets.
• Prepare profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations, investigating variances.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash activities.
• Deliver accurate and timely audit and management reports.
• Support tax filings, business registrations, and compliance tasks.
• Manage ad hoc financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis requests.
• Collaborate with Finance, BI, and other teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Participate in cross-team training and coverage planning.
• Support non-month-end projects and assist other accounting functions as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and automate tasks.
4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Three years of public company accounting experience; one year of audit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting close.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve process and system issues.
• High ownership and accountability for tasks and deadlines.
• Self-starter capable of proactive task management.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and explain financial variances.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large data sets.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to accurate, audit-ready results.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
