About the Opportunity:The Senior Program Manager role is centered on driving the execution of startup ecosystem initiatives that translate strategic goals into impactful, scalable outcomes. This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering key initiatives across startup, venture, and go-to-market teams, ensuring structured and aligned efforts that enhance ecosystem performance. Reporting to the VP of Global Startup Ecosystem, the role acts as a strategic planner and executor, critical to advancing the organization's ecosystem objectives. 3. Responsibilities:
Lead execution of strategic ecosystem initiatives from concept through launch and post-mortem
Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and quality
Ensure initiatives are implemented in a structured, repeatable, and scalable manner
Coordinate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Verticals, BDR, Channels, Product, and regional teams
Prevent siloed work by integrating initiatives into a coordinated multi-touch system
Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts to maximize impact
Drive cadence, follow-ups, and accountability among stakeholders
Identify and resolve overlaps, gaps, sequencing issues, and blockers
Translate ecosystem strategy into actionable project plans with clear workflows and milestones
Partner with teams to design initiatives that support pipeline generation and deal acceleration
Track opportunity sourcing, progression, and conversion effectiveness
Establish success criteria and project governance including milestone tracking and risk management
Improve workflows and collaboration to enhance scalability and repeatability
Develop playbooks and best practices for consistent execution
Continuously refine delivery speed, clarity, and effectiveness
4. Requirements:
7 to 10+ years in project or program management, GTM operations within tech companies
Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
Skilled at structuring work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Deep knowledge of startup/VC ecosystems and GTM pipeline generation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with project management tools
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives with measurable outcomes
Background in AI, cloud, or leading technology sectors
Strong understanding of startup and venture ecosystems
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation range: $215,000 — $275,000 USD base plus equity, depending on experience
