1. About Our Client:The organization operates within the service industry, managing a national team of over 200 field technicians. It addresses the challenge of efficiently scheduling and routing work order assignments to maintain effective operations and customer support. The program relies on proprietary data management systems to coordinate service delivery and maintain up-to-date customer asset information.
2. About the Opportunity:The Routing Coordinator supports the scheduling and routing of work order assignments and projects for the operations team. This role contributes by ensuring accurate and timely assignment of tasks to field personnel, supporting data management and customer inquiries, and assisting the team in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:• Route work order assignments for over 200 national field technicians
• Operate with minimal oversight using proprietary data management systems
• Support and back up the Routing Manager by understanding full departmental responsibilities
• Update the customer asset database using Microsoft Access
• Respond to customer inquiries about work order status and assignments
• Provide technical support regarding data and routing procedures
• Solve routing and service-related problems
• Perform additional duties as assigned
4. Requirements:• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and database queries (select, update, append)
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Excel and Access; SQL experience preferred
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to fast-paced service environment processes and policies
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check meeting customer standards
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
