This role ensures customers understand and realize value from the platform, managing multiple projects to deliver timely onboarding experiences and acting as a key contact throughout the onboarding process.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the customer Getting Started Journey
- Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to reinforce learning
- Assist customers in recognizing value within their purchased platforms
- Serve as a point of contact during the Customer Getting Started Journey
- Coordinate customer transitions between internal teams
Qualifications :
- 1+ years supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in virtual or onsite settings
- Ability to act as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Technical proficiency and quick learning of new software and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel for data import file review and troubleshooting
- Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them practically
Preferred Skills :
- Basic knowledge of data migration processes
- 1+ years of SaaS customer onboarding project management
- Experience with the organization’s products
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations and nonprofit CRM solutions
Pay Range and Compensation Package :
- The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $62,000
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
- Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws
