About the Opportunity : The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new customers through the learning and adoption of purchased products via personalized virtual sessions. This role ensures customers understand and realize value from the platform, managing multiple projects to deliver timely onboarding experiences and acting as a key contact throughout the onboarding process. Responsibilities :
Manage the customer Getting Started Journey
Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to reinforce learning
Assist customers in recognizing value within their purchased platforms
Serve as a point of contact during the Customer Getting Started Journey
Coordinate customer transitions between internal teams
Qualifications :
1+ years supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in virtual or onsite settings
Ability to act as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Technical proficiency and quick learning of new software and concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Excel for data import file review and troubleshooting
Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them practically
Preferred Skills :
Basic knowledge of data migration processes
1+ years of SaaS customer onboarding project management
Experience with the organization’s products
Experience supporting nonprofit organizations and nonprofit CRM solutions
Pay Range and Compensation Package :
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $62,000
Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws
