2. About the Opportunity:The Network Automation Engineer will drive the advancement of network operations automation for enterprise and MSP clients. This role focuses on identifying high-impact automation opportunities, designing and implementing automation solutions, and developing customer engineering teams to sustain automation efforts. The position is remote with up to 25% travel and requires an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret or Top Secret level. The role is key to fostering innovation and improving network operational performance through automation.
3. Responsibilities:• Contribute to evolving automation in network operations for global enterprises and MSPs
• Lead customers in identifying automation targets through ITSM data analysis
• Analyze network technologies, playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions
• Train and develop customer engineers on automation using the platform
• Architect and build automation for critical network tasks using various automation tools and integrations
• Collaborate with vendor partnerships and research public domain resources to develop automation content
• Perform additional duties as assigned
4. Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles
• Solid knowledge of network tools such as Network Monitoring, Incident Management, and Log Analysis
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable solutions
• Active U.S. Government security clearance at Secret or Top Secret level
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions for computer use
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Estimated base salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 plus bonus, subject to factors including market and individual qualifications
