1. About Our Client:This organization operates in the retail and e-commerce sectors focused on musical instruments and related products. It addresses the challenge of providing accessible music products and services through a widespread physical and online presence. The company manages over 290 stores nationwide and operates multiple business divisions, including retail stores, e-commerce brands, music education support, and audio-visual integration services, serving a diverse customer base from individual musicians to educational institutions.
2. About the Opportunity:The Manager, Regional Human Resources plays a critical role in partnering with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders to support labor relations, employee relations, development, compliance, and investigations. This position contributes to creating positive work environments and effective talent management strategies, impacting employee retention and organizational compliance. The role requires active consultation and leadership in workforce planning and training initiatives to drive performance and development.
3. Responsibilities:• Assist field management in resolving complex employee relations issues
• Conduct timely and accurate investigations
• Audit compliance with human resource policies and employment laws
• Track and measure talent management and retention efforts
• Consult on performance assessment and talent development
• Facilitate training workshops to develop leadership
• Manage talent pipeline through workforce and career planning
• Provide training to promote respectful work environments
• Handle labor relations activities
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
• Valid state driver''s license and automotive insurance
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• At least 3 years managing a department, function, product, or project
• 3 years labor relations experience in retail
• 5-7 years employee relations experience in retail
• Advanced knowledge of US labor laws
• Advanced skills in conflict prevention and resolution
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• $95,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on background and experience
• The pay range is provided in compliance with state-specific laws and may vary by location
