2. About the Opportunity:The Manager, Executive and Office Operations leads and scales executive support and workplace operations to enable leaders and teams to perform at their highest level. This player-coach role focuses on building scalable systems and partnerships, enhancing executive effectiveness, and ensuring smooth workplace functions across multiple locations. The position contributes by creating alignment, increasing efficiency, and developing a high-performance support culture.
3. Responsibilities:• Develop and refine standards and best practices for executive support including calendaring, travel, communication, and prioritization
• Enhance systems for consistency, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
• Anticipate leadership needs and facilitate focus and leverage for senior executives
• Lead, coach, and develop the executive assistant team, fostering collaboration
• Design scalable support models to accommodate organizational growth
• Provide direct executive support with strong judgment and operational excellence
• Collaborate with office managers and teams to strengthen workplace operations across locations
• Improve processes for workplace experience, events, and daily operations
• Partner with People, IT, Finance, and recruiting teams for operational efficiency
• Enhance coordination and operating rhythms across leadership and support teams
• Build scalable systems to reduce friction and boost organizational effectiveness
4. Requirements:• 6 to 10+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced environments
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience
• Experience supporting senior or C-level leaders and handling complex priorities
• Proven ability to build or scale systems, processes, or teams
• Strong judgment in high-stakes, ambiguous situations
• Experience in leading or developing others
• Preferably experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base salary range for this role is $119,000 to $140,000, with potential variation depending on level
