2. About the Opportunity:The Legal and People Operations Specialist role is designed to support both Legal and People teams by managing documentation and operational processes. This position ensures effective HR administration and legal operations, contributing to the organization''s compliance, efficiency, and confidentiality standards.
3. Responsibilities:• Support HR administration including employee records maintenance and HRIS data integrity
• Create and process employee lifecycle documentation
• Monitor and maintain employee investigation and complaint tracking systems
• Maintain HR policies and process documentation with regular audits
• Manage People Support inbox for employee requests
• Support special projects with senior leadership in People operations
• Manage intake, triage, and routing of contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs
• Maintain organized, audit-ready legal records ensuring accuracy and version control
• Provide general legal administrative support including scheduling
• Maintain and update legal knowledge bases and shared resources
• Support special projects with the Director of Legal
4. Requirements:• 3–6 years experience in Legal Operations, People Operations, HR, or related support roles
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms such as Rippling
• Preferred: Experience or exposure to employment law, HR best practices, HRIS systems, or paralegal/contract management experience
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
• Compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications
