2. About the Opportunity:
The Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager leads the development of a growth framework that guides investment decisions by sizing and evaluating trade-offs among growth opportunities. This role drives strategic analysis of ambiguous ROI questions and informs prioritization across marketing, partnerships, integrations, and product enhancements. The position plays a key role in shaping growth strategy while executing initiatives that generate measurable impact on customer acquisition and financial performance.
3. Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a framework for sizing opportunities and modeling investment trade-offs
• Develop scalable methods to measure, optimize, and compare growth initiatives with cross-functional partners
• Lead end-to-end analysis of complex growth questions, defining metrics and delivering recommendations
• Identify, strategize, and execute new growth opportunities through launch and early optimization
• Create automated tools, dashboards, and self-serve analytics to improve performance visibility and reduce ad hoc requests
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth analytics, product, consulting, GTM strategy, BizOps, or related roles focused on customer growth
• Strong understanding of growth levers including paid marketing, CRM, partnerships, integrations, and product enhancements
• Experience evaluating ROI and prioritizing investments with incomplete or imperfect data
• Proficiency with ROI modeling concepts such as incrementality, payback periods, and lifetime value (LTV)
• Ability to transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution effectively
• High curiosity and ownership with a focus on discovering and testing growth opportunities
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, or Looker
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Zone A: $135,200—$202,800 USD
• Zone B: $125,800—$188,600 USD
• Zone C: $119,000—$178,400 USD
• Zone D: $108,200—$162,200 USD
• Starting pay is based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions
